HBA|GBR - 2025 Parade of Homes Registration Deadline

Description

The Parade of Homes is an annual community-based event created to showcase Greater Baton Rouge's homebuilding industry, state-of-the-art communities and all the wonderful products and services available from HBA|GBR members.

HBA members can register a house, community or a product/service in Parade of Homes. See table below for details. The deadline to register is Friday, March 14, 2025.

Community Entry

• Entry options include:
  • Land only - Community development under construction
  • Completed Community - Includes new construction (minimum to parade home entries)
  • Established Community - Includes new filing (minimum two parade home entries)

House Entry

• Builder must be a member to participate.
• House will be listed on the Parade of Homes route for two consecutive weekends.

Vendor Entry

• Vendor/supplier must be a member to participate.
• Vendor can have company representative or promotional items physically present at a Parade house.
• Note: Must have approval from builder.
